Refund, Exchange & Return Policy
At Kidslio, we stand behind the quality of our educational toys. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help ensure a smooth resolution.
1. Eligibility for Returns Our standard return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.

In its original, unopened packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

Gift cards.

Downloadable software or digital products.

Items purchased on final clearance or flash sales.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our support team via our Contact Page or reply to your order confirmation email. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
5. Damaged or Defective Items We implement strict quality control for all our products. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or missing pieces (such as pieces missing from a Montessori tool kit or memory game), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement of the defective item or provide a full refund. We may require photo or video evidence of the defect to process the exchange rapidly.
6. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please reach out to our customer service team. We currently do not process direct exchanges for different items; in such cases, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived defective/damaged). If you are shipping an item over Rs. 1,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
